The Optimise Your Career Value Chain (OYCVC®) Group Mentoring + Coaching Programme (OYCVC) is primarily delivered to groups of 10-20 participants, for our larger business customers, as it provides a framework for operational efficacy and career & personal development planning. This allows for a common approach and language within the organisation and facilitates more effective collaboration and behavioural alignment in the workplace and the day-to-day working environment.

But where does that leave you if you don’t work for one of our larger customers?

Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!

We created our Public OYCVC Programme just for you. It’s perfect for those not tied to a specific customer organisation and for business customer teams with fewer members. You’ll get the same awesome content and expert guidance from our experienced and certified coaches, but in a way that fits into your busy life. Participation is outside of regular working hours, and if you’re funding it yourself, we’ve got a flexible payment plan to make it easier for you.

So, what does this mean for you?

Well, the timing of our Public programme is pretty fluid. We wait until we have enough participants to make sure everyone gets the best experience possible and then we set the start date for the programme. Once you're signed up and your payment is sorted, we’ll pop you into the next available group. We’ll keep you in the loop with all the details, including the start date and everything else you need to know. Can't wait to see you there!

12  group mentoring sessions

1:1 coaching session

25 hours of contact time

How does it work?

Online sessions twice a week for 6 weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm - 8pm
